SLIS Curious Cubs Preschool in Thane is a visionary initiative led by Mrs. Rutvi Vyas, Founder and Managing Director of the Vedant Group of Schools.
Known for her inspirational leadership in the field of education and women’s entrepreneurship, she has been a trailblazer in creating dynamic learning ecosystems that combine strong values, child-centric pedagogy, and global educational practices.
With a proven legacy of successful schools across India, Mrs. Vyas brings deep insight into child psychology, developmental learning, and institution-building. Her leadership reflects a strong belief that education must nurture academic excellence, as well as confidence, creativity, and character.
Through Vedant SLIS, she extends her mission of shaping future-ready learners while empowering educational institutions with structured systems, trained educators, and a holistic school management approach.
From fostering critical thinking to nurturing creativity and social skills, VEDANT SLIS emphasizes a balanced approach to early childhood education. Mrs. Khyati Dedhiya
Director / CEO
With over a decade of experience in the education field, Mrs. Khyati Dedhiya is a passionate educator and visionary leader, recognised with honours such as the Education World Award and the Star Education Award.
She holds an International Diploma in Early Childhood Education, is certified in Montessori and Jolly Phonics, and has completed multiple certified workshops & holds association with Cambridge; ensuring her approach stays aligned with global best practices.
Known for her calm leadership and strong curriculum focus, she champions age-appropriate, innovative learning that supports academic growth, independence, and creativity. She takes particular pride in training her team and creating daycare environments where children feel safe, nurtured, and truly at home.
Mrs. Dedhiya takes great pride in training and guiding her staff, particularly in daycare management, where she ensures that children feel comfortable and cared for; just like they would at home.
Her leadership style, centered around trust and collaboration, empowers her team to create nurturing learning spaces that prioritize children’s well-being and holistic development.
A firm believer in continuous learning and innovation, Mrs. Khyati Dedhiya remains dedicated to shaping young minds and contributing to the evolving landscape of early childhood education.
Mrs. Shreya Mahajan

Mrs. Shreya Dhananjay Mahajan brings academic depth, discipline, and pedagogical strength to Vedant SLIS. With over 14 years of teaching experience in Engineering Diploma colleges she holds a M.E. & B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunications.
As University rank-holder and recipient of the JRD Tata Scholarship for excellence in MSBTE Diploma examination, she has actively worked as a co-ordinator for industrial visit (Hub and Spoke Model proposed by MSBTE in association with LandT) and as a staff co-ordinator for IETE students forum (IETE).
She has authored 8 research papers in National and international conferences and journals. Her area of interest is includes fiber optic communication, Mobile communication, Advance communications and diversity antenna planning and design for 5G applications.
At Vedant SLIS, she plays a key role in maintaining academic rigor while supporting innovative, inquiry-driven teaching practices that prepare students for higher education and lifelong learning. She is an admitted lifetime member of organisation’s such as ISTE, IETE and IEI.
Dhananjay Mahajan
Director
Mr. Dhananjay Mahajan holds immense knowledge about infrastructure planning and strategic development owing to his background as a developer cum civil engineer for 15 years now.
His extensive experience in land & building development, government liasoning, government contractor, project planning, and execution reflects his proficiency in project management and compliance. Additionally, he manages a business trading building materials, highlighting his comprehensive industry knowledge.
His practical leadership supports the creation of secure, child-friendly spaces that enhance learning, well-being, and long-term growth at Vedant SLIS.
