Daily schedule
Our daily schedule offers time for children to participate in both group activities and independent child choice activities.
Arrival & Free Play
8:30 – 9:00 AM
A warm welcome as children arrive and settle in. Open-ended free play helps them transition comfortably from home and reconnect with friends and teachers.
Morning Circle
9:00 – 9:20 AM
We begin the day together with a greeting song, attendance, and a look at the calendar and weather. Teachers introduce the theme, letter, and number of the day.
Learning Time
9:20 – 10:00 AM
Guided Cambridge Early Years activities across early literacy, numeracy, and the concept of the week — always hands-on, playful, and age-appropriate.
Snack & Hygiene
10:00 – 10:30 AM
Children wash hands and enjoy a healthy shared snack — fresh fruit, sprouts, and wholesome home-style options. We keep a strictly nut-free kitchen and encourage good table manners.
Activity Centres
10:30 – 11:15 AM
Children move through rotating stations — art and craft, building blocks, pretend play, sensory trays, and books — exploring at their own pace.
Outdoor & Movement Play
11:15 – 11:45 AM
Active, gross-motor play in our safe outdoor area (or the indoor play zone on rainy days) to build strength, balance, and confidence.
Story & Circle Time
11:45 AM – 12:15 PM
Storytelling, rhymes, music, and movement — plus show-and-tell and group sharing that builds listening, patience, and language.
Goodbye (Preschool)
12:15 – 12:30 PM
Children gather their belongings, collect any notes for parents, and say a happy goodbye. The preschool day ends here; daycare children continue below.
Lunch & Nap (Daycare)
12:30 – 3:00 PM
Daycare children enjoy a warm, nutritious lunch, followed by a calm nap or quiet rest with soothing music.
Enrichment & Pickup (Daycare)
3:00 – 6:30 PM
Afternoon enrichment and homework help for older children, an evening snack, relaxed free play, and a warm goodbye at pickup — with a short daily update for parents.
